cDNA Synthesis Kit (DR01611)
■ Description
cDNA Synthesis Kit contains MMLV Reverse Transcriptase and reagents for cDNA synthesis. It consists of RNase Inhibitor, reaction buffer, dNTPs and two optimized primers. An oligo-dT(15) primer anneals to the beginning of the poly A tail of mRNAs. The optimized Random Primer provides random and consistent priming covering the entire RNA template including both mRNAs and non-polyadenylated RNAs.

RNase Inhibitor (DR01602)
■ Description
RNase Inhibitor of DoctorProtein is a ribonuclease inhibitor from human placenta, which strongly inhibits major nonspecific ribonucleases such as RNase A, B, C and human placental RNase. It is produced in E.coli using recombinant technology. RNase Inhibitor prevents RNase activity by irreversible 1-to-1 binding to RNase. In addition, no inhibition of polymerase activity is observed when RNase Inhibitor is used with Taq DNA Polymerase, AMV or M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptases.
