pMyc-CMV-TOPO Vector is protein expression vector which has CMV promoter lead expression gene linked to Myc peptide at N-terminal and has ampicillin antibiotic marker. It is transient mammalian expression vector which can produce high concentrate protein (0.1mg/L ~ 1mg/L). pFLAG-CMV-TOPO Vector is treated with Topoisomerase (topoisomerase is conjugated to each end of vector). So, ligation reaction is performed without ligase in a short time and high yield of cloning result can be expected.

Exo-AP PCR Clean-UP Mix makes PCR products applicable for various applications, such as sequencing, cloning, genotyping or further DNA modification reactions. After PCR amplification, residual components in the PCR product mixture such as unincorporated primers and dNTPs will interfere in downstream reactions and processes. Exo-AP PCR Clean-UP Mix utilizes two hydrolytic enzymes, exonuclease and antarctic phosphatase, to remove these residual dNTPs and primers. The Exonuclease eliminates residual single-stranded primers and any irrelevant single-stranded DNA produced by the PCR. The alkaline phosphatase degrades remaining dNTPs from the PCR mixture which would interfere with the sequencing reaction. The enzymes are active in the buffer used for PCR, so Exo-AP PCR Clean-UP Mix can be added directly to the PCR product no buffer exchange. After treatment, Exo-AP PCR Clean-UP Mix is inactivated simply by heating to 80℃ for 15minutes.
