MG Plasmid SV (MD002)

■ Description

MG Plasmid SV kit provides a rapid and convenient method for the small and medium scale preparations of plasmid DNA from bacterial cells, and it is used to isolate and purify any plasmids from any E. coli strains. MG Plasmid SV kit eliminates the need of organic solvent extraction and alcohol precipitation, allowing rapid and convenient preparation from many samples simultaneously.  MG Plasmid SV kit can yield up to 30 ㎍ of highly purified plasmid DNA and it can be applicable directly for PCR, cloning, automated sequencing, synthesis of labeled hybridization probes and other enzymatic reactions without further manipulation.

MG Gel Extraction SV (MD007)

■ Description

DNA extraction from agarose gel is a common technique for isolation of specific fragments from reaction mixtures. However, the conventional methods either fail to remove agarose completely, or result in low yields and DNA shearing. MG Gel Extraction SV kit takes advantage of glass fiber membrane to recover DNA of 80 bp to 10 kb from most grades of agarose gel in yields reaching 90 %.

MG PCR Product Purification SV

■ Description

MG PCR Product Purification SV kit provides a fastest and easiest method for reliable in micro-centrifuges or on vacuum manifolds purification of DNA from PCR products or other enzymatic reaction mixtures without agarose gel electrophoresis. In this kit, glass fiber membrane is used to recover DNA of 100 bp to 10 kb, which is free of primer dimers, nucleotides, enzymes and salts in yields reaching 95 %. No organic extraction and alcohol precipitation are needed and multiple samples can be easily processed simultaneously.

Total RNA Extraction Kit (MR002)

■ Description

MG Total RNA Extraction kit provides an easy and rapid method for the isolation of highly purified total RNA from samples of human, animal, plant, yeast, bacterial and viral origin. MG Total RNA Extraction kit eliminates alcohol precipitation by binding of RNA with column, allowing rapid and convenient preparation from a large number of samples simultaneously. MG Total RNA Extraction kit can yield up to 500 ㎍ depending on the type of tissue sample used and complete all process to prepare total RNA in just 30 minutes. The purified total RNA is suitable for the isolation of mRNA, northern blotting, dot blotting, in vitro translation, cloning, RT-PCR, RNase protection assays and other analytical procedures.

MG RNAzol (MR001)

■ Description

MG RNAzol is a complete kit with ready-to-use reagents for the isolation of total RNA from samples of human, animal, plant, yeast, bacterial and viral origin. MG RNAzol is based on the disruption of cells in guanidine salt / detergent solution, followed by organic extraction and alcohol precipitation of the RNA, and it allows simultaneous processing of a large number of samples. MG RNAzol can yield up to 10 ㎍ / 1 mg tissue or up to 30 ㎍ / 1 x 106 cultured cells of highly purified total RNA. The resulting total RNA is suitable for the isolation of poly A+ RNA, northern blotting, dot blotting, in vitro translation, cloning, RT-PCR, RNase protection assays and other analytical procedures.
